(72) باب شَرْطَانِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَهُوَ أَنْ يَقُولَ أَبِيعُكَ هَذِهِ السِّلْعَةَ إِلَى شَهْرٍ بِكَذَا وَإِلَى شَهْرَيْنِ بِكَذَا .
(72) Chapter: Two conditions in one Transaction, Which is When one Says: "I Will Sell You This For This Price, If You Pay After One Month, And Another Price If You Pay After Two Months''

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ سَلَفٍ وَبَيْعٍ وَعَنْ شَرْطَيْنِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَاحِدٍ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ وَعَنْ رِبْحِ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ .
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:
"The Messenger of Allah forbade lending on the condition of a sale, selling what you do not have, and profiting on what you do not possess.
