Ayat ul Kursi in Arabic:
اَللہُ لَاۗ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ھُوَ۰ۚ اَلْـحَيُّ الْقَيُّوْمُ۰ۥۚ لَا تَاْخُذُہٗ سِـنَۃٌ وَّلَا نَوْمٌ۰ۭ لَہٗ مَا فِي السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِي الْاَرْضِ۰ۭ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِيْ يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَہٗۗ اِلَّا بِـاِذْنِہٖ۰ۭ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ اَيْدِيْہِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَھُمْ۰ۚ وَلَا يُحِيْطُوْنَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِہٖۗ اِلَّا بِمَا شَاۗءَ۰ۚ وَسِعَ كُرْسِـيُّہُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ۰ۚ وَلَا يَـــــُٔـــوْدُہٗ حِفْظُہُمَا۰ۚ وَ ھُوَالْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيْمُ۲۵۵
Ayat ul Kursi Transliteration: Allahu la ilaha illa huwa alhayyu alqayyoomu la takhuthuhu sinatun wala nawmun lahu ma fee alssamawati wama fee alardi man tha allathee yashfaAAu AAindahu illa biithnihi yaAAlamu ma bayna aydeehim wama khalfahum wala yuheetoona bishayin min AAilmihi illa bima shaa wasiAAa kursiyyuhu alssamawati waalarda wala yaooduhu hifthuhuma wahuwa alAAaliyyu alAAatheemu
Ayat ul Kursi Translation: God: There is no god but He, the living, eternal, self-subsisting, ever sustaining. Neither does somnolence affect Him nor sleep. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth: and who can intercede with Him except by His leave? Known to Him is all that is present before men and what is hidden (in time past and time future), and not even a little of His knowledge can they grasp except what He will. His seat extends over heavens and the earth, and He tires not protecting them: He alone is all high and supreme.
Ayat ul Kursi is the 255th Ayat of the 2nd Surah, named "Surah al-Baqarah" of the Noble Quran. In this verse, Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى told His creations that no one is comparable to Him and He is the only one who rules the whole universe. Allah explains His Omnipotence and grandiosity by stating that nothing could happen in the world without His permission.
The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said that this Ayat is one of the four Quranic components that are affixed to Arsh (Allah's Throne). Hazrat Ali رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهُ stated that the leader of all ayahs in the Quran Kareem is Ayat ul Kursi. This is one of the well-known verses from the Quran, and almost every Muslim has it memorized. Reciting Ayat ul Kursi in difficult situations is an easy solution to pull us out of difficult circumstances.

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ claimed, "When you are leaving the house, always recite Ayat ul Kursi. It will ensure that you will remain under angels' protection till you make your journey back home."
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said to his ummah, "Make a routine to recite Ayat ul Kursi before sleeping; it will protect you from Satan and bad dreams." (Sahih Bukhari 2311)
Hadhrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (AS) stated that if one recites this after completing Wudu, Allah will bless him with 40 years of Ibadaat and elevate his status in the Heavens by 40 times (levels).
Started by Abu Umahmah, The Prophet of Allah ﷺ is believed to have claimed, "Whoever recites the "Verse of the Throne" after every prayer, there will be nothing between him and admittance into Paradise but his death." (An-Nasa'i reported it and Ibn Hibban graded it Shahi: Tabarani 8068)
"What is more glorious than Allah is neither in the heavens nor on Earth. The Ayat al-Kursi is Allah's words, and Allah's words are greater than His making of the heavens and the Earth." - (Al Tirmidhi: 2884, narrated by Abdullah Bin Masud)
