Making dua at times of amazement and delight can multiply our happiness and make us feel closer to our lord. One must thank Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى at all times because He is the One Who knows the blessings that are hidden even in difficult times for us. Life isn't a linear path of happiness and goodness but is a mixture of both the easy and difficult parts the good thing is that there is always some wisdom behind our happiness and sadness that only Allah is aware of.
Good times or times of delight are a gift from Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى, and it is important to acknowledge the good one receives in life so that no moment of goodness is taken for granted and is enjoyed. Good times are a gift and a sign of Allah’s blessings and His kindness that we can never measure or comprehend.
One must be mindful when they make dua at times of amazement and delight. Dua, in its essence, is a prayer made with humility and genuine gratitude, and one should do it with pure intention. Allah loves a prayer made with deepest gratitude and Who we have to thank more than Him. There are no rules on making this supplication in a certain number. One can make it as many times as one wants, but it should be made with love and devotion to Allah.
No dua does not leave the believer unchanged or doesn't benefit them. Making dua at times of amazement and delight opens our hearts in gratitude for Allah and His kindness. Spiritually, it strengthens our connection with our Creator and assures us that Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى is always going to provide them with the best, which inculcates a sense of appreciation for one’s life. Acknowledging their blessings creates room to help and reach out to others and do good for them. Making dua also makes us mindful and empathetic of those around us.
When you are amazed, one should say SubhanAllah- Glory be to Allah to praise Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى.
