(33) بَابُ عُُوبَةِ قَاطِعِ الرَّحِمِ فِي الدُّنْيَا

(33) Chapter: The punishment of someone who cuts off ties of kinship in this

حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُيَيْنَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: مَا مِنْ ذَنْبٍ أَحْرَى أَنْ يُعَجِّلَ اللَّهُ لِصَاحِبِهِ الْعُقُوبَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا، مَعَ مَا يَدَّخِرُ لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ، مِنْ قَطِيعَةِ الرَّحِمِ وَالْبَغْيِ.


Abu Bakra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him andgrant him peace, said, "There is no wrong action which Allah is swifter topunish in this world - in addition to the punishment which He has storedup for the wrongdoer in the Next World - than cutting off ties of kinshipand injustice."
