Antwerp is the Capital of Antwerp Province and Belgium's third largest city. It is home to more than 565,000 people. It offers the facility of five regular daily prayers as well as the Friday Prayers (Jumma congregational Prayer), for both men and women. It also serves as a source of learning the Islamic norms for the young Muslims of Antwerp.
The mosque is located on the ground floor of a 4-story building located at Tulpstraat 49-51, 2060 Antwerp. The mosque has a designated separate prayer area for women. It also provides Muslims with legal assistance in filing anti-discrimination lawsuits. The mosque's management makes efforts to reach out to the broader Antwerp community to spread awareness about Islam and Muslims to quell misconceptions and promote the well-being of Muslims in society.

Al Fath Mosque, popularly referred to as Masjid Al-Fath, is a popular worship site for the Muslim Community of Antwerp Region. Muslims can offer their five daily prayers and the Jumma prayers in congregation here.
The Al-Fath mosque is associated with the Jisr Al Amana Instituut, a registered higher education institute that has been operating since 2004 in Antwerp, Belgium. The institute offers a Higher Islamic Institute course, an introductory Arabic course, and an introductory Quran memorization course. Young adults, adults, and even children (age 10+) can enroll in these programs and learn to read and memorize the Quran, learn Arabic, and take advanced Islamic studies courses.
The Jisr Al Amana Instituut organizes workshops on various Islamic topics, such as Hajj, Ramadan, Salat, etc., for the benefit of the Muslim community in Antwerp. It is also active in community outreach to quell misconceptions and highlight the true face of Islam and Muslims.

Masjid Al-Iman, often referred to as simply Masjid (مسجد) or Moskee Al-Iman, is yet another popular worship site for local Muslims of Antwerp, as well as the surrounding areas. It provides a friendly atmosphere for women and kids. The services, including the Jummah khutbah (sermon), are offered in the Dutch language. Muslims can visit the mosque to offer fajr, Dhuhr, asr, maghrib, and isha prayers behind an imam daily. They can also offer their Jummah prayers with jama'ah at the mosque after listening to the Jummah sermon.
The mosque has dedicated prayer halls, restrooms, and ablution areas for women. It has dedicated areas for Islamic education and Quran reading and memorization classes. Like most mosques in Belgium, Masjid Al-Iman has been established on a commercial building turned into a mosque. The exterior looks like any other building, while the interior has been refurbished as a mosque. Prayer halls have wall-to-wall carpeting, prayer mats, copies of the Quran, rosary beads, and other facilities. It is a clean and peaceful mosque.

Constructed in 2018, Mehmet Akif Masjid, also known as Mehmet Akif Camii, is one of the popular mosques in Antwerp. It allows the Muslim community of Antwerp to offer their daily salat, Jummah salat, and other ibadah in a comfortable environment. The services are offered in the Dutch language. The mosque was established by the Turkish Muslim community in Belgium, but all Muslims are welcome.
Mehmet Akif Masjid is one of the few purpose-built mosques in Antwerp. At the time this guide is being compiled, the mosque is expanding further with new wings and refurbishments being added to the premises. The mosque's main prayer hall features a beautiful chandelier, white filigree work, and a white pulpit for the imam. Separate prayer areas, ablution areas, and washrooms are available for women.

The Islamic community is very particular about the performance of their religious rituals, especially the five daily prayers, Jumma (Friday) Prayers. Fasting in the month of Ramadan is also observed by the majority of Muslims. Similarly, the two Eids (Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha) are also celebrated with religious passion.
