تفسير : (lo! verily they) i.e. the devils (are banished from the hearing) they are prevented from hearing the revelation.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : truly they are barred, restrained with blazing stars, from the hearing, of the sayings of the angels.
