تفسير : (and those who read (the word) for a reminder) he swore by the angels who recite the qur'an; it is also said that he swore by the reciters of the qur'an,

تفسير : and those who recite, that is to say, the readers of the qur’ān, they recite it, by way remembrance (dhikran is a verbal noun referring to [the action of] al-tāliyāt, ‘those who recite’).
