تفسير : (when he came unto his lord) he says: when abraham betook himself to worshipping his lord (with a whole heart) with a heart free from any blemish;

تفسير : when he came to his lord, in other words, he continued to follow him upon coming to him, with a heart that was pure, of any doubt or the like,

تفسير : when he came to his lord with a sound heart (qalb salīm). that is, in a state of self-surrender (mustaslim), having committed his affairs to his lord, resorting[to him] through his innermost secret (sirr) in every situation.his words, exalted is he:
