تفسير : (save single minded slaves of allah) save the salves of allah who are sincere in their worship and have faith in allah's divine oneness; these will not be tormented.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : — [all] except god’s delivered servants, namely, the believers, who will be saved from it,
