Verse. 3962

'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī

تفسير : (so withdraw) o muhammad (from them) from the disbelievers of mecca (awhile) until the time of their destruction at badr,

Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī

تفسير : so leave them, in other words, shun the meccan disbelievers, for a while, until [such time as] you are commanded to fight them;
