'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (and obey allah and the messenger) concerning the prohibition of usury and its avoidance, (that ye may find mercy) in order that mercy encompasses you such that you are saved and not punished.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : and obey god and the messenger, so that you may find mercy.
