And those who guard their sex except from their wives and women slaves of old

'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (and those who preserve their chastity) they are chaste as far as what is unlawful is concerned
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : and those who guard their private parts,
Sahl al-Tustari
تفسير : who guard their private parts;he said:in its inner meaning [the verse refers to] all the bodily members, both exterior and interior. they preserve them from the manifestation of traces of the natural self (nafs al-ṭabʿ) in them.
