If you see anything of your brother that pleases you, or of his person or of his property (then ask Allah to bless him in it) for the envious eye is real.

The Etiquettes of Reciting the Dua When in Fear of Afflicting Something or Someone with One's Eye

In Sahih Muslim, Ibn Abbas (رضي الله عنه) reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) said that the evil eye is a fact and its powerful influence. He (ﷺ) further added if anything can affect destiny, it would be the impact of the evil eye. In the same hadith, the Prophet said to take a bath to avoid evil eye (Sahih Muslim Book 39, Hadith 56). When you see a person's blessings, their property, business, or life, it is advisable to say Allahumma barik 'alayhi. This would add barakah to their blessing and save them from evil eyes.
