Dua for Upon leaving the home

The dua for when waking up is the perfect way to start your day off by thanking Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) for enabling you to see the light of another day and for blessings in the day ahead.

The dua was recited by the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) after waking up. It is narrated by Hudhaifah   (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهُ) that the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) would recite this dua when he woke up in the morning (Sahih al-Bukhari 7394). The same has been narrated by Abu Dharr (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهُ) in another instance (Sahih al-Bukhari 7395). Al-Bara' (رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهُ) reported that the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) used to recite this dua after waking up (Sahih Muslim 2711).

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْـتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ، وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُـوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ

Bismillaahi, tawakkaltu 'alallaahi, wa laa hawla wa laa quwwata ‘ illaa billaah.

In the Name of Allah, I have placed my trust in Allah, there is no might and no power except by Allah.
