تفسير : allah then showed who these are, saying: (those who believe) in muhammad (pbuh) and in the qur'an (and keep their duty (to allah)) and ward off disbelief, idolatry, and indecencies.

تفسير : they are, those who believe and fear, god, by observing his commandments and prohibitions.
