'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (so make no haste against them (o muhammad)) do not hasten chastisement upon them. (we do but number unto them a sum) one breath after another.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : so do not make haste against them, to demand [that they receive] chastisement. indeed we are only counting for them, the days and the nights, or [their] every breath, carefully, until the time [arrives] for their chastisement.
