Go to the Pharaoh as he has become exceedingly rebellious."

'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (go thou unto pharaoh! lo! he hath transgressed (the bounds)) he became arrogant, overweening and a disbeliever.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : go, as a messenger [from god], to pharaoh, and [to] those with him. he has indeed transgressed’, he has exceeded the [usual] limits in his disbelief by claiming to be a god.
