تفسير : (and lo! it) i.e. the qur'an (is a guidance) from error (and a mercy) shielding from the torment (for believers) in muhammad (pbuh) and in the qur'an.

تفسير : and truly it is a guidance, from error, and a mercy for believers, from chastisement.
