تفسير : (lo! it) i.e. the qur'an (is naught else than a reminder) an admonition (for all peoples) for the jinn and human beings.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : it is only, in other words, the qur’ān is only, a reminder, an admonition, for all worlds, [those of] humans, jinn and [other] rational beings, [but] excluding the angels.
