It will not decrease for them; dumb with despair they will stay in it.

Tafseer
'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (it is not relaxed for them) the torment is not removed from them nor is it interrupted, (and they despair therein) they despair in this torment about any goodness or about it being removed.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : it will not be lightened for them and they will be [utterly] despondent in it, silent in despair.
