'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī

تفسير : and from his narration on the authority of ibn 'abbas that he said in the interpretation of allah's saying (ha. mim.): '(ha. mim.) he says: he has already decreed that which will happen, i.e. he has made it plain; and it is also said that it is an oath by which he swore.

Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī

تفسير : hā mīm: god knows best what he means by these [letters].
