حُوْرٌ مَّقْصُوْرٰتٌ فِي الْخِيَامِ۝۷۲ۚ

Tafseer

'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī

تفسير : fair ones, close-guarded) for their husbands (in pavilions) of hollowed pearls.

Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī

تفسير : houris (hur, this means maidens with intense black eyes set against the [intense] whiteness [of the iris]) secluded, concealed, in pavilions, made of studded gems, annexed to the palaces, like boudoirs.

Sahl al-Tustari

تفسير : houris, secluded in pavilions.that is, kept in seclusion in pavilions. it was related from muḥammad b. sawwār, on the authorityof his chain of transmission, that abū mūsā al-ashʿarī <img border="0" src="images/radeyallahanhom.jpg" width="24" height="22"> related that the prophet <img border="0" src="images/salatonmassenger.jpg" width="24" height="22"> said, ‘verily the believer will have in paradise a pavilion made of white pearl, thirty miles in length, in which there are many inhabitants but they do not see one another.’ his words, exalted is he:
