And all those who are on the earth, to save himself.

'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (and all that are in the earth) and at the price of all that which is in the earth, (if then it might deliver him) if allah might deliver him from the punishment.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : and all who are on earth, if it, that ransom, might then deliver him (thumma yunjīhi is a supplement to yaftadī, ‘to ransom himself’).
