تفسير : (fretful) he is not patient (when evil befalleth him) when poverty and hardship befall him

تفسير : when evil befalls him, [he is] anxious, at the point of that evil befalling [him],
Sahl al-Tustari
تفسير : when evil befalls him [he is] anxious ! and when good befalls him [he is] grudging,he said:if he experiences poverty (iftaqara) he grieves (ḥazana), but when he becomes wealthy (athrā) he withholds it from others (manaʿa).
