But those who seek more than this will be transgressors;

'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (but whoso seeketh more than that) whoever seeks more than what i have mentioned of wives and slaves, (those are they who are transgressors) from that which is lawful to that which is unlawful;
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : but whoever seeks beyond that, those are the infringers, who transgress [the bounds of] what is lawful [stepping] into what is unlawful;
