'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (mighty) against his enemies, i.e. gabriel, (established in the presence of the lord of the throne) he has standing and esteem with his lord,
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : powerful, one of mighty powers, eminent, one of eminent status (makīnin is semantically connected ‘inda, ‘in the presence of’) in the presence of the lord of the throne, that is, god, exalted be he;
