'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī

تفسير : (so let them worship) so let quraysh declare the divine oneness of (the lord of this house) of the lord of the ka'bah,

Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī

تفسير : let them worship (fa’l-ya‘budū is semantically connected to li-ilāfi, ‘for the security’, the fā’ being extra) the lord of this house,

Sahl al-Tustari

تفسير : let them worship the lord of this house,that is, of mecca.
