اِتَّخَذُوْۗا اَحْبَارَہُمْ وَرُہْبَانَہُمْ اَرْبَابًا مِّنْ دُوْنِ اللہِ وَالْمَسِيْحَ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ۰ۚ وَمَاۗ اُمِرُوْۗا اِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوْۗا اِلٰــہًا وَّاحِدًا۰ۚ لَاۗ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ۰ۭ سُبْحٰنَہٗ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُوْنَ۳۱
Ittakhathoo ahbarahum waruhbanahum arbaban min dooni Allahi waalmaseeha ibna maryama wama omiroo illa liyaAAbudoo ilahan wahidan la ilaha illa huwa subhanahu AAamma yushrikoona
They consider their rabbis and monks and the Christ, son of Mary, to be gods apart from God, even though they had been enjoined to worship only one God, for there is no god but He. Too holy is He for what they ascribe to Him!
