'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (and (mention) ishmael, and idris, and dhu'l-kifl. all were of the steadfast) in fulfilling allah's commands and avoiding all evil deeds.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : and, mention, ishmael and idrīs and dhū’l-kifl — all were of the patient, in [maintaining] obedience to god and staying away from acts of disobedience to him.
