It is He who multiplied you on the earth, and it will be before Him that you will be gathered.

Tafseer
'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (and he it is who hath sown you broadcast) created you (in the earth, and unto him ye will be gathered) after you die, and then he will requite you according to your works.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : and he it is who dispersed, created, you on earth, and to him you shall be gathered, resurrected.
