Tafseer
'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : unto him belongeth whosoever is in the heavens and in the earth) whosoever is in the heavens and in the earth are his slaves. (all are obedient unto him) except the disbelievers.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : and to him belongs whoever is in the heavens and the earth, as possessions, creatures and servants. all are obedient to him.
