'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (o ye who believe) in muhammad (pbuh) and in the qur'an! (remember allah with much remembrance) with your tongue and heart, when you engage in acts of obedience and also when you indulge in transgression.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : o you who believe! remember god with much remembrance.
