٤٣ - ٱلْزُّخْرُف

43 - Az-Zukhruf

وَتَبٰرَكَ الَّذِيْ لَہٗ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَہُمَا۝۰ۚ وَعِنْدَہٗ عِلْمُ السَّاعَۃِ۝۰ۚ وَاِلَيْہِ تُرْجَعُوْنَ۝۸۵
Watabaraka allathee lahu mulku alssamawati waalardi wama baynahuma waAAindahu AAilmu alssaAAati wailayhi turjaAAoona

Blessed be He, who holds the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them. He alone has knowledge of the Hour, and to Him will you return.

Tafseer

'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī

تفسير : (and blessed be he unto whom) he is too exalted and exonerated from having sons and partners he unto whom (belongeth the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them) of created beings, (and with whom is knowledge of the hour) the knowledge of the coming of the hour, (and unto whom ye will be returned) in the hereafter.

Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī

تفسير : and blessed, magnificent, be he to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them; and with him is the knowledge of the hour, [of] when it shall come to pass, and to him they will [all] be returned (yurja‘ūna, may also be read [second person plural] turja‘ūna, ‘you will be returned’).
