'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (when it is) i.e. the qur'an (naught else than a reminder to creation) to the jinn and humankind'.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : yet it, namely, the qur’ān, is just a reminder, an admonition, for all the worlds, of [both] humans and jinn, and cannot be the cause of any dementia.
