تفسير : (he truly will receive an easy reckoning) this refers to his parade before allah
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : he will receive an easy reckoning, which [simply] entails the presentation of his deeds to him, as in the hadīth of the two sahīhs [of bukhārī and muslim] — in which there is also [a hadīth saying], ‘he who is reckoned with at length, will be destined for perdition’ — and after this presentation [of his deeds to the believer] he will be excused,
Sahl al-Tustari
تفسير : then as for him who is given his book in his right hand, ! he will receive an easy reckoning, that is, he forgives his sins and does not take him to account for them. similarly it is related in a tradition that god, exalted is he, if he wishes to conceal [the sins] of a servant on the day of resurrection, will show him only those sins which are known to him and his servant, and then forgive him for them.
