But those who believe and do the right are surely the best of created beings,

'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (and) lo! those who believe) in muhammad (pbuh) and the qur'an, such as 'abdullah ibn salam and his followers and abu bakr al-siddiq and his companions (and do good works) acts of obedience privately between themselves and their lord (are the best of created beings.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : truly those who believe and perform righteous deeds — they are the best of creatures (al-bariyya means al-khalīqa).
