100 - Al-Adiyat

اَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ اِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِي الْقُبُوْرِ۝۹ۙ
Afala yaAAlamu itha buAAthira ma fee alquboori

Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare

وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي الصُّدُوْرِ۝۱۰ۙ
Wahussila ma fee alssudoori

And the secrets of the hearts exposed,

10

اِنَّ رَبَّہُمْ بِہِمْ يَوْمَىِٕذٍ لَّخَبِيْرٌ۝۱۱ۧ
Inna rabbahum bihim yawmaithin lakhabeerun

Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds).

وَمَاۗ اَدْرٰىكَ مَا الْقَارِعَۃُ۝۳ۭ
Wama adraka ma alqariAAatu

How will you comprehend what the startling calamity is? --

يَوْمَ يَكُوْنُ النَّاسُ كَالْفَرَاشِ الْمَبْثُوْثِ۝۴ۙ
Yawma yakoonu alnnasu kaalfarashi almabthoothi

A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths,

وَتَكُوْنُ الْجِبَالُ كَالْعِہْنِ الْمَنْفُوْشِ۝۵ۭ
Watakoonu aljibalu kaalAAihni almanfooshi

The mountains like the tufts of carded wool.

فَاَمَّا مَنْ ثَــقُلَتْ مَوَازِيْنُہٗ۝۶ۙ
Faamma man thaqulat mawazeenuhu

Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale

فَہُوَ فِيْ عِيْشَۃٍ رَّاضِيَۃٍ۝۷ۭ
Fahuwa fee AAeeshatin radiyatin

Will have a tranquil life;
