Accursed, they would be seized wherever found, and slain mercilessly.

'Abdullāh Ibn 'Abbās / Muḥammad al-Fīrūzabādī
تفسير : (accursed) they will be killed, (they will be seized wherever found and slain with a (fierce) slaughter.
Jalāl al-Dīn al-Maḥallī
تفسير : accursed, banished from mercy, [shall they be], wherever they are found they shall be seized and slain violently, that is to say, that is the ruling concerning them — meant as a command [for the prophet].
