2. Boston Islamic Center – Masjid Al-Taqwa

 

Boston Islamic Center is a non-profit organization for Boston’s Muslims founded by Somali Muslims. 3. Masjid Alhamdulillah

 

Constructed in the 1950s, Masjid Alhamdulillah is the oldest mosque in Boston. It has many firsts to its name, including the honor of being the first mosque in Boston to hold congregational Eid prayers. Among the many services provided at the mosque, the most noteworthy are marriage services & counseling, pre-marital consultation, divorce counseling, mediation and discussions among community members, and educational classes for learning Arabic and Islam. 5. Al Noor Academy

 

Al-Noor Academy is an Islamic school accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (N.E.A.S.C.). It has a mission to educate Muslim children and youth in light of Islamic traditions.
